I was referred to Ed by my previous general contractor. I'll admit that my interaction with him was good when we first met. Long story short is the GC subbed a plumber that cause extensive structural damage in my home delaying any flooring installation for months. Now that I'm ready I can't get anyone from Carpet Direct to respond to me. I've tried several times via phone, text and email, yet no one will respond.
