Absolutely wonderful experience with Becky from Carpet Direct here in Bailey, CO. I HIGHLY recommend Becky. She listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the carpets and tiles we chose. Carpet Direct was much less expensive than the big stores as well. Can't beat the prices or the service.
My husband and I had a great experience with Carpet Direct. With Becky's help, we put gorgeous new laminate flooring in throughout the main area of the house, and we couldn't be happier with it - we get compliments all the time! I highly recommend Carpet Direct for any flooring needs that you may have.
The bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price has faded from memory. Our four year old carpet looks like 20 year old carpet. Total waste of my money.
Great carpet at a great price – I am a general contractor and am in need of flooring all the time. We have had the product in for a little over a year now. We have terrible waves in our carpet. I called and asked to talk to the salesman and he is no longer there. They said they were not responsible for the install and we could pay to have it re-stretched. It has only been in a year!!!! I canâ??t believe I recommended them to a friend. They are having the same problem. Same story!! No one to help!! I feel like they are telling me to bug off we donâ??t stand behind what we sale. Super happy now disgusted!!!! Never again!
Company does not care about service – One of THE MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCES EVER! I was given a delivery date for my carpet, but the carpet didn't even make it on the truck. The company didn't bother to communicate this, and just let me wait, anticipating it's arrival in two weeks. So, they said, wer'e sorry give us another chance to get it to you. I have used Carpet Direct Twice and Would Recommend Them – We have used Jim Ross at Carpet Direct twice and would recommend him to our friends. His carpet is first rate and the price is the best in town. The installers were professional and did great work.
never again – We recently bought carpet from this company. It has a cheap and uneven appearance... we are very unhappy. The quoted price went up from the time we first investigated (a month prior to the actual order) for both the pad and the installation. The only good thing we can say, is that the salesman was nice. We will never buy from this company again.
Carpet Direct and Jim Ross is a bad idea!! – Don't believe a word Jim Ross of Carpet Direct says. He will flat out lie to you to sell you Carpet or to cover his own rear. He will tell you that you will have carpet in a 1-2 weeks try more like 7 weeks. What he says will be included in installation may not be when the installers show up. Then, he will lie to you and say he said it was not. He should go sell used cars - he would be perfect. Get your carpet from a more reputable dealer.
