I have found out that there is a lot of copy cat carpet directs.Make sure you use the one that has been around for over 24 years.

I've purchased carpet from Jim Ross on two separate occasions. Once when he was with carpet direct....over six years ago...and last year from his store on Colfax. I was very pleased with the fair price and install. I'm not sure why these other two reviews are so bad. But they are suspect to me since I had such a good experience. jake w.

Jim Ross stole over $12,000 from a client of mine, back in July of this year. He stole $2,000 from me. He never delivered any products. I found out he stole thousands from several other people around the metro area - he takes huge deposits (bids much lower than anyone else) and then makes a million excuses why he doesn't have the flooring, why he can't get his installers, etc...etc..then he just drops off the planet weeks at a time but always has an excuse. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. THIS WAS YOUR WARNING.

I have purchased carpet from Carpet Direct on two different occasions over the past 10 years. Both times I worked with Becky. She really went above and beyond by travelling over 2 hours to Northern Colorado to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted and for the best price anywhere around!! I would definitely recommend Becky to anyone out there. She has amazing customer service skills to ensure you are happy with your product as well as the overall experience!!

We purchased carpet through Becky and are thrilled with the carpet, the price, and the installers. The carpet looks beautiful and Becky was so great to work with, suggesting carpet that would look good with our newly painted walls. We also decided that the hardwood floors in our kitchen and entry area needed to be replaced and this was also ordered through Carpet Direct. Good people, good prices, good service and a great looking product!
