We have purchased carpet from Becky at Carpet direct twice. Once for our down stairs and then a year later for upstairs. The carpet is awesome and she is very knowledgeable about her product. She won't try to sell you the most expensive thing, actually, she talked us into buying something that was a little less because it was better carpet for our needs! We even bought carpet from Becky to install in our home in Indiana, we like her that much!

I purchased my beautiful carpet from Becky in 2010. It looks amazing. Extremely high quality stainmaster for less than half of what I was quoted at several different places.. I have recommended Becky to several of my neighbors and friends and they just rave about the service she provides. Don't buy carpet anywhere until you get a quote from Carpet Direct.
2010 we were looking for flooring for a bedroom & bath; that's when a friend in remodeling recommended Becky. We were so pleased with the quality & the ease of ordering that we did another bedroom & bath 2011. We just ordered Carpet for the Master bedroom & had the same personal service we had been experiencing for the past few years.
My experience with Carpet Direct can be described overall as barely tolerable. I was promised carpet delivered on a certain date and it was a full week late. The installer that was supposed to measure it didn't do so in timely fashion. This led to the delayed order date. When the carpet was installed the installer, who due to Carpet Directs system is technically not their employee, messed up the transition strips to the point they where unsightly. We had carpet installed this past week and are so happy with the results. I highly recommend Becky as her customer care and service goes beyond the call. The installation team was wonderful; took extreme care of our home during the installation; were a joy to have in our home; they enjoy and are proud of what they do, as it shows with the job they produce. Just purchased Stainmaster carpet through Carpet Direct and saved hundreds of dollars over other Stainmaster dealers. Product and service was exceptional. They explained the 2-week timeframe for me to get my carpet and I worked with a recommended installer that was very professional. 100% satisfied!! Would recommend them to anyone.
