Top Notch Cleaning Service – I used FLAT RATE CARPET to fix and clean the damage a different cleaning service did to my $4000 couch and I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. Thanks! – I didn't expect much because of all the bad experiences I have had with carpet cleaning in new york. But these guys were great! They knew everything about oriental rug cleaning and repair and hand washed my persian rug. The colors look better than I could remember. They were also true gentleman and the lady named Harriet at the office is a sweety! She took good care of me and my rug. Very personalized service.

From a Very Happy Customer – I first found Flat Rate Carpet here on Citysearch and checked out their website. I called and the service was very friendly. I booked an appointment for an estimate to clean 3 bedrooms and a hallway. I had some dog stains I never thought would come out. I am happy to say they did a perfect job and my house smells like new!
