Being from out of town I decided to go with a familiar "big box" store for carpet for my son's house. Huge mistake! After being jerked around for weeks and still no carpet I discovered Carpet Baggers. They quickly helped me find the right carpet and worked diligently to get it installed in just a few days! I got personal service that I truly thought was a thing of the past! Can't imagine going anywhere else for flooring.
I recently had flooring installed. Totally love it! Katie was very helpful in helping me choose the appropriate carpet for the room in question. Also, the installation team was delightful. Needless to say, I am definitely pleased.

Katie was knowledgeable, made solid recommendations based on what we needed, and the process was seamless. Installation was a breeze, and the installers were impeccable with their attention to detail and pride in their work. They were extremely neat and tidy, and we did not have to do anything after the work was done. We’re so happy with Carpet Baggers and would recommend them to anyone who needs new carpet!
