Katie was knowledgeable, gave great recommendations and stayed in touch throughout the process. Due to the Stay at Home orders and waiting for the home sale to close, I appreciated her checking in and keeping me updated on how Carpetbaggers was safely completing projects. Incredibly flexible with scheduling, payment plans. They provided multiple estimates so that we could decide exactly what we needed to spend and what we could afford. Arrived exactly on time. Even when our power went out in the middle of installation, they worked around that challenge. Installers were incredibly polite, clean, organized, and friendly. Highly recommend the company.

Sydney and Dean along with their exceptional installation crews made this renovation easy and painless. They were so attentive to details and made sure our results were exactly what we imagined. Carpet Baggers went above and beyond for our kitchen backsplash. They provide top notch customer service.
