Carpetbaggers was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Glenn Orr was our salesman. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patiently answered our seemingly endless questions and made our purchase and eventual install easy and stress free. Any time we visited, Glenn, and Lauren at the front desk, made us feel right at home. The installers were on time, friendly and efficient! We will definitely be going back to them for any future upgrades we do to our home. Very highly recommended.
We were so happy with David and his attention to detail. We were always kept up to date and felt that he went out of his way for us to be happy with our floors. Paul, the installer, was excellent and very patient with 3 dachshunds constantly watching and trying to help.

5 Stars all the way!!! Katie was fantastic and super responsive! The hardwood installation team was incredibley fast and did a great job removing and replacing water damaged hardwood flooring. The finishing team (Bruno and Gabriel under the leadership of Cris) did an absolutely amazing job sanding and refinishing over 2300 sq ft of 20 year old hardwood flooring.
