Daniel did a good job at cleaning my couch, & carpet at a reasonable price. Would use again
Had to get my carpet cleaned and repaired. The gentleman and his lovely daughter were extraordinary. Professional and transparent. Didn't try to rip me off and stayed true to their word. And were masters of their craft. This is Good business done right. Highly recommend.
Called him out to a job where he was an hour late. Then spent five minutes inside and claimed it couldn’t be fixed. Then verbally abused my daughter’s friend and his staff. He then proceeded to call us 5 hours later attempting to apologise and ended up swearing on the phone to my wife. In my opinion he needs anger management support. I hope he gets the help he needs.
“I was called twice late at night and when I responded in the morning that I already hired someone else and wasn’t impressed by the multiple late calls I was met with complete rudeness and disrespect. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend this company.”
Daniel was quick and extremely thorough! Very friendly and wonderful communication. Extremely great pricing and he was very flexible and accomodating. I'm so happy with how it has turned out, he did a wonderful job.
