We are so touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff at Carpenter Animal Hospital and Pet Inn! We recently have had several hamsters and a guinea pig pass away (over a period of time), and the staff at Carpenter Animal Hospital has sent us sympathy cards with special messages written and signed by most, if not all of the staff! WOW! Our twin 12-and-1/2-YO daughters have been touched and comforted, as have me and my wife! How kind and sweet of this team! No creature seems "too small" to be treated so very well. I’ve never experienced better veterinary care for my dog. Amazing staff. Dr. Terrell is incredible and cares a great deal for her patients.
