This is only the second car I have bought from a dealership. I was very happy with the service and at no time did I feel pressured by my sales person. Bill Becker did a great job explaining everything as well as listening to exactly what I wanted. I told him how much I wanted to pay a month and he found 3 options for me right away. Just walked into this dealership looking only to see what their inventory was on 2015 Altima SL's. Told the salesman I didn't intend to talk numbers or buy today. He continued to give his spiel on the price, so I told him every we already were talking to a couple other dealers out of town and I was familiar with options and pricing, and I just really wanted to know what they had in stock. Carousel Nissan sold us a used 09' Honda Civic, and through the entire process everyone was nice, professional, and fair. My wife and I felt comfortable the entire time, and they were extremely fair in their pricing. If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to do business with these people, don't take it for granted. There's a long list of shady car dealers, but Carousel Nissan is not on it.
The team did right by me...and always keeps me coming back.
