The Carousel Nissan service department is beyond comparison. Pat and his team always make an inconvenient situation as convenient as possible. I think the most important aspect of any car dealership experience is trusting the people who are providing you service and feeling respected during the encounter. All employees at Carousel Nissan have proven to be extremely trustworthy and respectful. I highly recommend Carousel Nissan whether you are in the market for a vehicle, need an oil change, or any type of service.

I took my Nissan Armada there a total of four different times to get the screen fixed on the radio. After the first attempt at repairing, my AC/heater/radio controls were all messed up and it still was not right. I got the runaround and excuses every single time as to why it was not still fixed. They did nothing to actually diagnose the problem. Come to find out, they just kept throwing parts at the car until it was fixed. I am still not confident that the repair issue will last. Rick, we apologize for the inconvenience. The problem began with an issue to your aftermarket radio system, that you didn't purchase from us. We've twice sent in for replacement parts, and, both times, they weren't 100% operational. We understand that it is very frustrating, but, it's simply an issue with the manufacturer of your system (Panasonic).
