Purchased a used 2017 Nissan Rogue from this dealership and at 65,000 miles the transmission went out. When I contacted the service department the individual I spoke with each time was very rude and unwilling to assist at all. I will never purchase another vehicle from them after the service I’ve been given following my purchase. They are great until you have an issue with your vehicle.

I know people who’ve purchased from you and have had great experiences with the sales team however I cannot say the same for the finance department. Those people from what I’ve heard already prejudge you before looking over your credit assuming that you are not sufficient what you intend on buying and then fail to go through ALL of what you’ll finance especially if it’s optional such as additional warranties just so you can sucker people out of paying more just so they can receive extra commissions and behave like a spoiled ... read more

Every single person involved with my purchase was very friendly and actually interested in why I was there.
