RecommendedYes.Wife bought a Chandler 1.5 yes ago. Called because half the lights were out. She sent people out today and found the problem and fixed it. No charge Great customer service. Wife is very happy.
Sadly, despite great selection, I can not recommend this place in Humble. Their prices are excessive, and the customer service does not reflect the high prices. The staff is very nonchalant above customers.
The lighting they carry is top of the line. Carol and Don are very good to work with. If you browse thru their store you will. E amazed
Walked into the Woodlands locations and was quickly greeted by Bre. He was very helpful and attentive. Showed us around, the catalog and helped us navigate the online store. The pricing wasn’t unreasonable and they had a large selection. If you only go to Home Depot for lighting you’re missing out.
Allen is the greatest let me tell you I've been going to Carol's for the past seven years and I have been happy with their service and their employees they are so friendly so is Fernando .. do you have a return is never a problem with them they're always trying to do their best to help the customer I've been so happy with them. My whole custom build home by delta homes , Carols did all are lighting fixtures . Edison lightbulbs ,ceiling fans there just great . Excellent service

I was in store for 30 min looking around for new fixtures to remodel kitchen & living room. Not 1 person asked if I needed help. They passed by me several times looking at me but no one said even a Hi. I keep looking at lights no one said anything. I finally stopped & asked a lady for manager I told her my issue I have not been helped I began to walk out then the manger wants to walk outside ask if I need help as I am leaving.
