Just left here and I must say I already finished all my chocolate! It is amazing!!!! And the history behind how the chocolate is made she will give you is awesome!

My daughter and I took the Chocolate Making Class tonight and I can not say enough how awesome an experience this was for us both. Carol and Tony were wonderful. We learned so much about chocolate and had a great time making chocolates and tasting many varieties. I highly recommend anyone who loves chocolate to sign up for this amazing chocolate adventure. I can't wait to do it again.
No other chocolate compares to Carol's. Everything she has is awesome and so much better than mass market U.S. chocolate, including Godiva.
Carol is so passionate and it really shows in her products. It was fascinating learning about the different flavor notes from each single origin chocolate. I personally have never called myself a chocolate lover but Carol has single handedly changed my mind. Great quality, great environment and super knowledgeable. Honestly one of my favorite establishments on this earth.
