RecommendedLook.... life might get crazy from time to time, but if anyone, repeat: ANYONE needs a smile, just head to Carols. Incredible, unique, and indescribable varieties of my favorite “drug” guaranteed to bring you a grin! The banana ganache MUST be sampled weekly. Same with her dark chocolate crack truffles. Had to go back for a 2nd visit.. the BEST chocolates I have ever had in my life!! EVER!!! the Dark Choc with the lemon filling are to die for!! May need to stop by again this weekend for some more!!! 💕

I stumbled upon Carol's yesterday on a total accident. What a great accident! Delicious chocolate (the dark pieces are so wonderful), stunning chocolate artwork and sculpture pieces, and exceptionally pleasant people. I will be back - with friends!

Stumbled upon this place while killing time before a wedding. The chocolates were so delicious! I eat chocolate everywhere I go and these were some of my favorites! Particularly the caramel filled milk chocolate truffles. Definitely stop in here if you’re in the area! I’m pretty sure I was helped by Carol herself she was an absolute delight!
Wow went to a benefit for Rock Brook School Wine and Chocolate, these pieces were absolutely the best I have had in a long time!! we need to have a event at duCret.
