Great from start to finish. They made sure I was okay through all aspects of my tooth extraction. I'm changing dentist as this was for an emergency.
The staff at DOC Southpark, from the receptionist to the dentists are wonderful people. They seem able to calm the most nervous soul and they do their work as quickly and sympathetically as I believe is possible.

I explained that I investigate and write about bureaucratic corruption and elder abuse which I personally experiened with dentists in Chester, UK three times last month. My experience today was the exact opposite. I called this morning for an appointment and it was granted four hours later when I had a thorough examination and referral to a specialist by two highly professional people. Kara (sp) I believe was the woman who took me through the new patient procedures and was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, polite, and didn't bring me to the normal feeling of guilt that I have when I visit the dentist. She understood why I am where I am, and walked me through some steps to improve the situation, without making me feel like a horrible person. Wonderful place, walked me through insurance and what to expect. Would recommend to anybody. 10/10.
Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained all facets of my dental requirements.
The procedures required for me were to have a standard dental cleaning and one tooth extracted. An extraction generally causes a patient high anxiety. Dr. Marti and her dental assiistant, Tonya, made this experience a complete pleasure. I never thought I would say that about a tooth extraction.
