Very un-professional so disappointed. My visit was rushed not enough information from technician about selecting my first pair of glasses. I complained from the beginning my glasses were not right. Still having problems with my eyes stopped wearing glasses went back to readers. Called twice this week and no one will return my call. They don't care about there patients just their money
RecommendedWe have the sweetest caring eye Dr. If you ever need glasses or contacts go see Dr Powell. She really knows her job very well! They have the greatest caring staff here. They will get you checked in and even help you if you need it. They are super nice and helpful in picking you out some glasses. If you need help seeing go to Carolina Vision.
Carolina vision is very expensive on yesterday I had an eye exam and I had two pair of my Oakley glasses fixed I had the lens replaced in each one of them I have the transitional liens. For the eye exam and the two sets of glasses to be fixed. They charged me $856.20 mind you I am a regular customer I have been dealing with them for years this is just too expensive for what I had done I do not recommend them if you do not have a lot of money to spend.
They are so RUDE!!!!! If you don't like, nor want your job, believe someone else will! after I get my glasses, we want be back!!!!!
RecommendedThe lady at check-in, Courtney, was very nice, and she even helped me with my paper work and getting me checked in. Dr.Nelson was great at my exam. I highly recommend him. At check out with Abi it was very professional as well with finishing up my whole visit. Her and Courtney helped me find a great pair of glasses and even suggested other color options they had. Thank you Carolina Vision for a great experience.
