Carolina Vision Associates is by far the best place to go get eye exams and new frames/contacts. The staff is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and experienced. Our family and friends have been patients of Carolina Vision for over 30 years. Therefore, I feel that any negative review must be the fault of the person writing it. Shame on you for your unkind words to such a wonderful Downtown Spartanburg business!!!!! My family & I will continue going to them for decades to come!!!!
the only issue I have is for them to call me at 5:29 pm to tell me they need to change my appointment but when I call back at 5:34 pm no one will answer the phone. why can't you just call the next morning?
Third time to pick up my contacts . Well again they are not right . Someone in ordering is very incompetent at their job . Last time for me and my family . Looking to find a new doctor
