These guys are great. I shipped my bike from Iowa for the Du Nats this past weekend, and they held it there for me, and then allowed me to build it using their tools and equipment! I own a shop myself, so I know how annoying that can be, but was super appreciative they allowed it. From what I could see, they know what's up. New bikes, gear, or repair, they have you covered. Good work fellas.
WOW! I’ve had good service from bike shops before, but nothing like at Carolina Triathalon. I was in the middle of a week-long bike trip here in Greenville when my bike had a pretty serious mechanical I couldn’t fix. It was a big mess, but Andy and Randy were able to squeeze me in when they heard of the jam I was in. He got my problem sorted and even gave it 15 minutes of extra TLC. I always love my bike, but after this work, I have that new-bike-day high all over again.
I happened upon this store last week. I am brand new to triathlon training. Darrin was super helpful and answered all my questions. I bought a bike trainer and just couldn't get it set up correctly. Took it back in with my bike and yep, you guessed it, Darrin was again super helpful. I will definitely be a regular customer!

If you like Specialized, bikes this is the place to go. A great selection! They have a super sense of community and are welcoming and friendly. Weekly group rides, for all experience levels! They have knowledge and experience, and you won't find a more kind group of individuals! Highly recommend!
I love this store so much! We just moved from Austin and needed a new LBS, boy did we find it. Randy was so helpful, stayed with us after the store closed and helped us pick out a new bike with disc brakes (my husband needed this for the mountain riding here). The selection was amazing, anything you need is right here in this beautiful store.
