Shopped the Internet and around town and found the best price for the road bicycle I was wanting @ Carolina Triathlon. Very positive experience, thanks to Randy and the team there. Once I get a few miles under my belt I hope to see you on a group ride.
Excellent service and experience. Everyone in Carolina Triathlon is very professional and friendly. I bought my wife and I new road bikes and accessories. Bike fitting and riding tips were excellent. I highly recommend Carolina Triathlon store and excellent staff.

I adore my neighborhood bike shop. They are knowledgeable and helpful without making me feel inferior because I don't "seriously bike." AND they seem to enjoy surprising me with how quickly they get work done.
Just had one of the worst experiences ever. Walked in looking for a Tri bike and was asked where we are from. When I said we were from Hendersonville, we were told to buy a bike there cuz "we r not hurting for business and sell bikes all the time" When I said h'ville didn't sell Tri bikes the guy "helping" us asked us some questions that I thought meant we were going to be helped. Just purchased my second Specialized bike from Carolina Triathlon and had another great experience. I decided to upgrade to an entry level carbon road bike and John and the team did an excellent job walking me through several options, putting me on various bikes and explaining the difference with each. I feel great about my new Tarmac and I can't wait to get out for a ride with the group soon!
Thanks guys for helping HTI select the perfect hybrid bikes for our company bike program. Randy and the team were exceptional, thanks guys!
