Randy and his crew are fantastic!! I have taken all my bikes for tune ups for years, and he always takes time to answer every question. They have always been lovely to work with. My trusty old bike finally gave it up days before going out of town and I was planning to ride. He took time to walk me through my options for a new bike - and I felt very confident the bike I chose was the right one. He also made sure I was properly fit so I could ride while on our trip. I’m so pleased and have had an excellent experience. 🚴🏻♀️

Traveled from AZ for duathlon national championship. My rear wheel was rubbing very slightly. These guys got it in and out on same day. They were so busy today but took care of us with great service at an amazing price. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful absolutely awesome.
Just bought my third bike from Carolina Triathlon, most dependable bikes ever, would not think of going anywhere else. The sales staff is awesome, helpful and can readily answer all my questions. Thinking Santa just might be shopping here for all my sons’ Christmas gifts this year. Nothing makes one happier than a new sparkling, faster bike.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Had my bike transported there via bikeflight and they put it together for me and tuned it up. SO helpful.
