Randy and his staff are top notch. I now have purchased two bikes from Carolina Triathlon. They were very helpful each time to make sure that I purchased the bike that was just right for me. The bike shop has always been able to quickly fix any problem I have had with any of my bikes. Their new location has plenty of parking and the shop is well stocked with all types of bikes and gear. I just bought my third bike from Carolina Triathlon. This one had a few special orders to customize it the way i wanted. Randy and the guys went out of their way to get my bike ready when I wanted it. Great experience. I enjoyed the personal attention and meeting the mechanics was a plus. I already know they will take care of me after the sale.
