I rode my new recumbent to their shop to purchase a kickstand. I asked if they would install it for me thinking they would, either for free (good customer service) or for a minimal charge. I also purchased an inner tube. The tube was $7. And the kickstand was $34.99. When I paid the bill it came to $94.51. I was shocked! They charged me $50.00 labor cost!! (30 minutes they said). Needless to say, I will never support this shop again.
Awesome place, awesome folks! Our six year old needed an upgrade, the guys were super patient and found the perfect bicycle for her!! We couldn’t be happier! They have our lifetime business!
Randy, Justin and the rest of the staff go above the call of duty to make sure customers requests are met in a safe and timely manner! and I always leave happy and know my equipment will be well taken care of!
From the moment we walked in until we left with my new bike, every single employee was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My husband and I are both new to biking, but we never felt “talked down to” or snubbed. The staff was wonderful and even the owner took time to answer our questions and to just chat with us! We will recommend this store to anyone/everyone looking for a bike.
After not riding a bike for over 30 years after a bad accident, I was inspired by my adult son to ride again. Randy at Carolina Triathlon was very helpful. My intention was to buy a cruiser/ hybrid. After trying these out Randy convinced me to try an E bike. Both my son, an advanced rider, and I held negative views of EBikes before trying the Specialized out. In the end this was the one I chose.
