Terrible/Shady – It was a terrible experience. They would not show me the subcontractor invoices or documentation for ANY work performed. This was a $70,000 job and they refused to give me any documentation except the original estimate! The company also did not complete the work. They still have not completed it and are threatening me with a lien. Stay as far away from these people as possible. Great Company – Thanks to all the folks at Carolina Restoration for their support, attention to detail and quality of workmanship as they completed repairs on our home which was devastated last fall by severe water damage. Wonderful work!!! – We had water damage in our half bath in April 2010 and from the moment the crew from CarolinaRestoration put their drying mats and fans to our hardwood floors we knew we were going to have this damage repaired the correct way. Important contact for homeowners- Carolina Restoration – I had just finished remodeling my first home when I came home to my worst nightmare: water pouring out of my house. Look no further, the best company in the triangle!! – My home, like so many others during the flooding of Tropical storm Alberto in June '06, became a diaster. My entire downstairs was flooded. I called Carolina Restoration to come out to my home and they were on my door step within 30 minutes of my phone call. They extracted all of the water and put out huge fans to dry the area.
