Not a good experience with CRS after water damage to a bathroom. Their office staff seemed relatively competent, altho I thought any action took much longer than it should have. Since this was a water damage problem, I assumed (my error) that they would test for mold. They did not and did not communicate this to me. This is NOT industry "good practice" when there is water damage. Their main problem seems to be with subcontractors. Southern Living flooring people were particularly below average in my opinion. This company promised to resolve water damage and mold issues to my mother's home. She has been battling breast cancer for over 5 years. During this process, not only did they only replace cosmetics, they did not resolve the problems at the source of the moisture issues which caused the mold in the first place. They damaged personal property along the way. Ordered the wrong materials. The process to mitigate and repair some water damage took nearly 4 months. The company damaged personal property, did a poor job resulting in poor quality. I would recommend any other company than CRS. Beware of the services they provide. ***UPDATE*** After a home inspector came out to review our house they found that CRS failed to install our insullation correctly. They also left an industrial fan plugged into our attic running. 5 months and still encountering problems. If USAA recommends them I would use someone else.

They were very quick to respond and worked fast. There was one day during the restoration that they said they were coming and they never showed up, but they came the next day. They did a good job working with our insurance company. Overall I would recommend them and use them again myself.

The crew was courteous, professional and did a great job repairing my walls after flood damage. The job was completed quickly and my home is as good as new.

Completely Happy – In late March, a portion of my widowed mother’s kitchen ceiling fell in due to an accumulation of rainwater from a roof leak. The insurance adjuster who handled the claim recommended Carolina Restoration Services, and we could not be happier with their work or the way in which they dealt with us throughout the process.
