In my medical records with the ER states I had a tele health on 11/16 well upon discharge the discharge talked about her recommendations with me about following up with my eye doctor etc. I again never met her or talked to her while I was I. The hospital. She better not be me or my insurance company as that would be insurance fraud and I will be calling my insurance to make sure of this.
