We had a great experience there for the past 4+ years until recently. They are charging us for services we did not receive. I placed 3 calls into their office until they finally told me they would not remove the fee since I received the service. Which I did not. Beware - they like to make weird policies, like if you miss any well visits, they will discharge your child from their practice. Money Hungry. Stay away. They are liars and do not truly care for you or your family.

Dr. Kanelos has been one of the very best doctors I've ever had. I had been chronically ill with autoimmune disease for over 25 years and no doctor had ever run the correct tests to diagnose me properly until I found Dr. Kanelos. He truly listens and runs the right tests. Maureen Scott I love her....she has helped me with everything in my life. She is so loving and caring....everyone in there is so understanding and they show you that everyone there cares for you. Very friendly and makes you feel like family.....love them all!!!
I have always been a huge fan of Carolina Family Healthcare. They have cared for both of my sweet babies since they were born. But for the past 3 well visits I've been to with my kids I've ended up sitting in the exam room for anywhere from 45 minutes to well over an hour waiting to be seen. This is a miserable situation to be in with curious toddlers. I know they are making changes next year and hope that this problem is eliminated.
