Complete change in their approach to patient experience . This practice is run with a focus on profits and not on patients. Prime example is a new policy that (if you agree) allows them to run whatever tests they deem fit, regardless if your insurance will cover. Combined with "Office Administration Fees, Failure to return calls, etc.
Dr Kanelos is professional and great I have been with him for 19 years. His Blood Work nurse LOVE, is great too.. Know her job well Very pleased with his pharmacist Desiree too. Great practice. No better practice then Carolina Family Healthcare for me.
They have kept me alive for the last fifteen years. I’m now eighty and still kicking thanks to the health care crew at CFH !
Everyone here is terrible besides Erik Osborne. I was charged a fee that I later questioned once they tried to collect the money. I told her I was not aware of it and she stated that I signed paperwork agreeing to it. I told her I didn’t and I would love to see that paper that I signed. She got back to me a day later and said I guess you didn’t sign it but you still owe it. Money hungry place! If you go request Erik Osborne only. He’s the only one that I have had no problems with and truly is there for the right reasons!
Dr Kanelos and his staff are amazing! They are Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have gotten prompt and courteous service from making an apt to checking out and everything in between. Had an appointment with Erik Osborne for well checkups for both of my baby girls and was extremely happy with his level of thoroughness and care he took in making sure he didn't miss anything. He was also very personable and interacted well with my 3 year old and showed genuine care and concern for issues discussed.
