They came to inspect my old faucet and determined that it would be more cost effective to replace the old with a new Faucet. The technician brought a Moen product guide and helped me choose the new faucet. He listened very carefully to my needs and I chose the faucet that most clearly met my needs. He didn?t charge me for that service call. The next day his office called to set up an appointment to install the faucet I had chosen. He showed-up on time, new exactly what to do and completed the job in 15 minutes. Price was as quoted.
My experience from start to finish was amazing. I called to let them know that we had no hot water, they set an appointment for that very same day. The technician, Jacob, arrived 20 minutes early. He was courteous, professional, and friendly (my dog loved him). He checked on the water heater to see if it needed repair or replacement, then showed me exactly why it needed to be replaced.
