Outstanding service: timely, friendly, efficient, professional and fast. Cannot imagine how they could improve. Tyler (son of the owner) was knowledgeable, exceedingly competent and, altogether, a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely call them again for the next plumbing job we have. Carolina Water Heater was excellent in every way. My water heater stopped working on a Sunday and Tyler came out that day. He diagnosed the problem and scheduled replacement tankless heater for Tuesday. Corey from the roofing company, plus Dan (owner), Drew and James did an excellent job in all regards. Not only was the cost much lower than other plumbing services in the area but the serviceman arrived on time, explained in detail what he was doing and showed me the process he used to maintain my tankless water heater. In addition he fixed another problem I had with my shower while he was here.
The young man who came to do the work was always on time. My only comment is that he loved to talk after he had done the necessary work so be prepared to talk.

they understood the emergency and arrived to the house 30 minutes after calling. they completed the job in an hour and it was excellent.
