buying a house is hectic. But Carol was calm, collect, patient, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. We knew what we wanted to buy as a home. When I decided to sell in 2013 she was the first & only realtor I contacted. My house sold in less than a week. Carol made it a point to keep in touch over the years by sending yearly calendars and magnets with our hometown team schedules. She was always honest & upfront with me about everything which I truly appreciated.
Carol sold our house in five days and we got more than our asking price. She walked us through every step of the way. She quickly answered all of our questions. She was extremely knowledgable regarding all aspects of selling our home. We had another real estate agent tell us that we wouldn't be able to sell the home for enough to cover our mortgage but she knew she could sell it and was confident that we would make money - she was right. I highly recommend her!
