I brought my son to the ER because he has a big lump on the his neck near his throat. I’ve been waiting in the waiting area for an hour already and watched at least 5 people walk out. I thought this was EMERGENCY services!!!! If you have to wait over an hour what’s the point!! I’ve never had to wait this long ever!!! And I’ve been coming here for 20 years for all my kids. I have the best experience of my life so far I love kapiolani hospital all the staff, doctors nurse etc. I know when I go there there is really good doctor
From day I walked my self in ( in labor) till this very day! Kapiolani Medical Center has been the absolutely best. The staff has the most amazing hearts, I mean I love them!!! The staff at the pediatric outpatient clinic, I love the girls and the providers, always so sincerely kind to me and my baby. I see how they are with other patients and its the same love and respect, no sugar coating and fake smile none of that . Its all love and Aloha! I'm so grateful.
