If you need a doctor that listens to you and takes his time and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Uyeno is your man. Staff is wonderful as well!! We’ve been going to him for over 17 years.
I’ve never received such amazing care for myself and my daughter who needed surgery while on holidays. From the staff in the specialist suites to the operating staff I’m eternally grateful. The best treatment we have ever received. Thanks to all who made my experience so much easier than it should have been. You are all amazing. Thank you for the love and care you showed to my granddaughter Heidi during her surgery recently and to her mum, my daughter, Tiffany. Being so far away from home during this ordeal, it has been so encouraging and uplifting to know both of them were being showed such compassion and care. Amazing hospital with excellent cancer care. Loved my Nurses and doctors troughout the treatment. And as it is a childrens hospital too i loved all the season decorations and happy people all around the place !
17 yrs ago I was medivac from Maui. I was 27 wks pregnant & from the moment we arrived we were treated like ohana. Kapiolani will also hold a special place in our hearts.
Enthusiastic, open and willing to answer any and all questions. Did total joint replacements on both hips and one knee. Restored quality of life I returned to him because of 100% confidence in his skill and dedication to his craft.
