So many activities to offer. From yoga, meditation, and salsa to ballroom dance. Very family oriented, super nice crowd and affordable
A really fun experience with whatever class you take. I take the Tuesday and Sunday yoga classes and I always leave happier and healthier! It's also really cheap for what you get too!
A great place for salsa, ballroom, yoga, ballet, and swing. Welcoming crowd, great teachers, new floors. Weather you are a beginner or advanced, you will find a fun class for you.
I never thought I would be attending yoga classes at 54 years old but boy am I mad at myself for not trying it out earlier. I came at the suggestion of my therapist who told me yoga was a great way to help with both my social anxiety and my health. I was hesitant at first but the staff and instructors at the studio were amazing. Check in was a breeze and the nice receptionist Manuel walked me through the process on my phone.
