The paint crew did real good work. I got no help with color choices, and didn't get the expected walk-threw with a rep from Carnival at the end of the job, but overall, I'm happy with the results.

I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the workmanship. I had to request follow-up corrective action twice before job was completed to my satisfaction. To their credit, they did respond to my requests in a timely manner. Of course, though, I would have hoped that it would have been done RIGHT the first time.

I have hesitated to do this survey. There was miscommunication from the beginning. The job cost me most that expected, but I figured I was getting a professional job done. The job was to texture walls that had had wallpaper removed and paint the hallway up the stairwell. Texture was put on the walls without the walls being prepared - ie. smooth the wallpaper glue off. Carnival was very good. The only problem was that I assumed they would put up the blinds and rods (there were no drapes as we were just moving in). They didn't know I had expected this, but they went ahead and did it after I asked.
