Carnival really went above and beyond to complete out painting job in a timely fashion. They definately met the deadline!
Carnival did a very good job. They started a little earlier than we had agreed, but they did a wonderful job.
initially, they failed to leave extra paint (and a few spots had been missed). they delivered a new can of paint when requested. There were some paint on the house where it was not properly masked, but not significant. their price was well below anyone elses.
plants with spray paint on them including my grown cover. Did not wash windows when screens down and suspect the house wasn't washed either. poor cauking, only one in crew spoke english and not onced was I consulted during job and was not even given an opportunity to see a test spot before entire exterior painted with color I would not have allowed my house to be painted if I could have seen a test spot!!!!!!
I used Carneval Painting twice so far: last spring for exterior and just last week for the interior. I am very pleased with both results. Bill Bicksler and his team did a great job at an outstanding value. If you live in Dallas, look no further...go with Carnival Painting.
The painters did a great job; initially they forgot to caulk the windows but when reminded, they did it promptly. Their work was superb and on time. The company reps (Mr. Long and his staff) were also extremely professional and responsive. I've recommended them to my neighbors and would use them again, as well. I was 100% satisified.
