They did a great job
Some paint and texture left on door frames and fixtures.
Very poor workmanship. Completely ignored the stain-to-paint process posted on their Web site.
Very prompt and willing to work with homeowners, but the overall quality of the work is only fair. The owner also failed to return our house key even after numberous promises to do so. They left the house in a mess with paint all over the floors, all over door nobs and on mirrors. They promise to do warranty work, but we have had trouble getting them back out to do any work for spots missed. Would most likely not use this contractor again.
The work was done on time and I was very pleased
I think because they were merging with another company, is what kept the timeliness not as good. Otherwise they would be there as said.
These guys did an amazing job in a very short period of time. They took such good care to put everything back like they found it and left no mess for us to clean up. Phil has been so kind and courteous - told us to not worry about moving furniture, they would take care of everything. If we ever need anything else done, we'll definitely use Carnival!
