We were at Carne this past Saturday for a bday dinner. It was around 20-25 people. Not only did our food take over 2 hrs to get, but the manager never came to us and apologized or offer any kind of discount. We had people cancelling their order because it was never received. I don’t know if they were short staffed in the kitchen or what, but the dining room wasn’t even that full when I had got up to check to see if it was really busy. I was really excited to try this place, but most likely won’t go back again.

This was our third time at the ChopHouse and we loved it. I had the fish and Chips and my husband had the Prime Rib our food was excellent and arrived very hot and remained warm for a long time. I eat slow. our server was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The $3.00 🍸 Martinis are delicious. We highly recommend it.

My first time visiting, it was Saturday evening. They took us right in, which was nice however it went downhill from there. The first 2 things we ordered from the drink menu they were out of, one was a wine the other a rum. We then ordered and waited for our dinner, and waited, and waited. It took 35 mins from ordering until we received our food, all of which was ordered medium rare. I could tell that my Churrasco steak had been cooked and sat a while. There at 6:25 and couldn’t get a drink till 6:58 then told happy hour was over. Seated with a special party and waiting staff could not handle more then 8 people at a time as explained by waiter we had 35 people in group , so ordering was a mess. Drink orders came after apps and dinner was cold and waited so long was not worth complaining cause you could talk to a waiter anyway

The creamer spinach as basically just spinach with cheese melted on top. Not what you’d expect. The cowboy ribeye was over cooked but had a decent flavor. The French onion soup was the highlight.

Second time dining here, service was a highlight! Appetizer served after apparently dying in the window(not hot) one entree a Filet Mignon requested medium, served a bit over, steamed broccoli was under cooked but ok.. service and atmosphere make up the gap in food standards Will return as none were “deal breakers” of the food issues... taste trumps temperature! #failforward
