Wow still in shock by how we were treated... My fiancé and I had our 1st date here a lil over 2 years ago so of course when it came time for engagement photos we obviously picked ybor. To try and recreate that special day. We get to the restaurant to take a few photos on the steps as to not to go inside to disturb anyone eating.. no harm right .....The manager came barging out didn’t talk to us just started yelling that he didn’t want us on his property... wow we’re not hood rats where two very good looking professionals... ... read more
Ybor is full of nice places to eat! This is not one of them. Kitchen is understaffed. Tip your server with this: "Get a job somewhere that doesnt suck." The staff tries hard but it is FUTILE. Don't blame the food-runner. He gets paid 5.23/hr and with a daily tip-out can't even buy the: "Prime-Rib Special" (though it doesnt hardly qualify as "prime" or "special" anything, except maybe in the dogfood-end of the culinary spectrum) The au jus is something like sock water. Food is always delicious and you can’t beat the $3 martinis before 7pm
Food was great and my server Eric was awesome.
Service was horrible. Food was not cooked to order the mashed potatoes were dried out and the salad was a joke. Didn't eat half our food and the waiter never even asked us if there was an issue
Easily the worst meal out I have had in a long, long time. Took 15 minutes to get water, "poutine" appetizer was cold with unmelted cheese on top, and a cold side of weird, watery gravy. Our medium filet came out well done. Wedge salad had HAIR on it and spinach salad had slimy parts and was completely inedible. Waiter agreed to take salads off of the check but made no amends for the other issues. Staff was friendly. Beautiful architecture / history. Food / Drink specials were amazing with great prices! $3.00 hand shaken Martinis. We had the Prime Rib special $10.00 delicious and the appetizer of Poutine was out of this world and enough to feed 6 or more!
Just fabulous!! Food , staff and atmosphere!!!
