The person at the front desk was not too helpful with scheduling my next appt based on the treatment plan o had received from the day of my cleaning so I had to come home to review it myself and schedule the appt later. Other then that it was ok.
Outstanding service and work. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in to the minute I left. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Dr Martinez was straight to the point with no fluff. Procedure was completely painless and had no pain afterwards. Was comfortable the whole time I was in there. I would suggest Southpoint to anyone who is nervous about the dentist. Awesome job and my wife and mother in law will be going there too.
My visit was very nice. I received excellent care and courtesy from the staff. I always feel happy when I leave that office.
Absolutely painless every time I go. That is most important to me. He is always quick with no long waits, I arrive on time and usually spend no more than 3 minutes in the waiting room. The staff in the back and up front are always happy and friendly. The turnover is very low so it must be an awesome place to work. The work is impeccable. My partial fit perfect first go round. I will never go to any other dentist.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming, honest and comforting. Dr. Martinez is genuine and shows he is human just like the rest of us, he truly is skilled in what he does and cares about his patients. The Hygenist is very gentle in her touch regardless of being numbed, she is really good at what she does. I am so happy I decided to establish care with Dr. Martinez and his staff. I am SO pleased.

The staff was very professional. Kiersten and crystal also very professional and ensuring I was taken care of. Dr. Martinez was excellent, professional and down to earth, As a military member I appreciate the fact that he does an initial consultation with all his new patients. I was a little nervous to get my filling done, but Dr. Martinez made me feel comfortable and the procedure was quick and painless.
Dr. Martinez and his staff are awesome!! They make you feel very comfortable and they treat you like you're apart of the family. He's also very gentle when services are being performed! The best Dentist ever!
Dr Martinez and his office staff are wonderful! Dr Martinez is great with kids. I highly recommend his office!
