I was there 10 minutes before and the appointment was honored as scheduled, not even one minute late. Very professional staff, but most importantly very kind and caring. Doctor Martinez is very into the details, educational I can say.
Only one word describe the experience that I receive everytime I receive services from Southpoint and that is, EXCELLENT. Not only from Dr. Martinez but also from the staff.

I love this office and the staff! The only thing is you might want to warn a person prior to numbing their jaw that the tongue goes numb BEFOREHAND it happens. Other than that, great! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr Martinez and his staff really makes you feel like a VIP. It's not like other practices where a tech does all the heavy lifting and the dentist comes and silently pokes around for a second before moving on to the next cattle.
Dr. Martinez was great as always! The environment is very comforting. I had a fear of dentists before I started going to Dr. Martinez. He completely changed that. I highly recommend him to everyone.
