I was told by staff lingering in the hallway not to remain in the exam room after my interaction with the doctor. I waited 15 minutes for their return with my written visit summary. After waiting I left without any further interactions from anyone in the offices. A visit Summary was available in My Chart. I found Dr. Kendall to be compassionate and informative about my concerns.
Dr Kendall had thoroughly gone through my history and neatly summarized in verbal and written form (greatly appreciated). It was fabulous to finally speak with a MD who understood Long Covid, validated my experiences, offered realistic & pragmatic advice and knew about recent long covid studies I had questions about. After a long time searching I feel like I am finally getting the care and attention I need to recover. THANK YOU!
Dr. Kendall is very alert to details regarding my condition and care. She is thorough and listens. She follows up regularly with RX and visits for my Long Covid condition.
