Franz Cancer Center providers are amazing. The whole staff including nurses and doctors are top of the line, in addition to being warm and welcoming. I am newly diagnosed with cancer and feel completely supported and confident that I'm getting the BEST care available....truly beyond what I could have imagined prior to my diagnosis. Doctor was attentive and asked questions and dispensed advice
I am always pleased with Dr Laborie and her team. They guide me through my medical needs in a very professional manner.
The front desk clerk and MA/technicians all provided excellent service..However, this doctor asked almost every question at least three different times during the appointment. I think if a professional is going to ask a question, they should listen to the answer. Maybe he had a headache or was otherwise distracted but it was apparent that he was struggling to be mentally present . I will be making a few inquiries on what I can expect for care if I choose to see this provider in the future.
