I feel abandoned. My primary care provider resigned and I was not referred to another physician. I was told that the Bethany office wasn't hiring a replacement for her until the first of the year. I was fortunate to see Dr Kendal regarding a concussion while she was providing temporary coverage for this office. She made sure that I was immediately referred to a specialist and filled a prescription before I left the office. It took days to get a prescription filled when I had my former doctor. Perdonable and caring
I loved Dr Kendall! She was very interested in what was going on with me. I felt comfortable asking questions. I hope I get to see her again!
This was my first time seeing Dr. Kendall. I chose an appointment with her because she was able to see me sooner than my PCP. It was a great experience. When sharing vulnerable information she listened well and was kind and compassionate. I'd be happy trust my care to her again in the future.
Dr. Kendall was very attentive to my concerns and worked with me to make a plan of action. She easily clarified any concerns I had, and reached out to me soon after my lab results were released. It was a lovely first meeting!
Dr. Kendall was a wonderful provider and knew exactly what I needed. She was a very warm and caring individual.
Dr Kendall did a fine job for me in explaining my condition. I would love to have her for my regular doctor. She was very thorough and well versed with what is going on with my health.
The receptionist, MA and providers went out of their way to see me on short notice, make an exception to facilitate getting a prescription that is in shortage. When I was seen, reception, MA and Carmen could not have been nicer. I am very grateful to be treated so welll.
