Just not my cup of tea. I expected more "plates than pints" it was more a bar than a place for dinner. But, I din't look it up ahead of time. I was just in the area.

Hello Erin- maybe you didn't make it past the bar into the 50 seat dining room with a fireplace located in the middle of the room. Or maybe you didn't get a chance to look at our full menu. But Thank You for the compliment on the lovely bar area.
Too expensive for the amount of food. Not what I except for pay for on the south side.

We are trying to provide a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere along with great service and high quality food. Our restaurant is not a shot and beer place with fast fried bar food. Southside deserves a nice establishment for a more mature audience so that they can go out and enjoy delicious food and cocktails at affordable prices and not be bombarded by youngsters. Bar, restaurant and atmosphere were fun. Who knew. Looked like a good place when passing by and it was all because of the man at the door in the kilt even though any man in a kilt is sexy. Waitress was awesome! Ask for Brooke. You won't regret it. Definitely a stop when hitting Pitt!
