Friendly, thorough, and unrushed. Dr. Cook and staff are professional and approachable.
On my first visit to Carmel Mountain Vision Care I was warmly greeted. Asked to fill out some paperwork, but not too much... and quickly was moved from the waiting room to begin the pre-appointment testing. Dr. Sandler was friendly, warm, knowledgeable and took time to explain my particular situation with me. Very Professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Sandler and the Carmel Mountain Vision Care center.
My eye exam from the moment I walked in I was greeted by smiles and professionalism. My pre-exam was fun and eye exam was educational. I lived through the process and look forward to going back this week to pick out new glasses.
This was an outstanding experience! I felt like the exam was very thorough and everyone was very accommodating and very nice.
Loved the docotr Great professionalism. Was a little concerned about the process of deciding where the dividing line should be on the variable lens. Seemed pretty arbitrary, and I'll be interested to see how close they really come out.
The service was amazing , accurate diagnostic. Service provided in a timely and professional manner. Caring doctors and assistants.
The Doctor is wonderful. She is friendly, nice and caring. My kids love her and so do my friends and colleague's I have referred.
My son and I had wonderful and personable service from Lithem who spent a great deal of time with us explaining the current condition of our eyes and the options of eyewear for both of us!
Dr. Sandler was very good, patient with all my questions as always. I will recommend Dr Sandler and hence Carmel Mountain Vision care to my friends in a heartbeat! Thanks for the excellent and prompt service as always:-)
