RecommendedSo far we’ve enjoyed our stay here at Carmel at the Colony and Darren was really helping during the application process. Nice quiet community is also a plus. Would definitely recommend this place for a home.

I just moved a month ago and everything is working great. People is nice and they took care of the finding on the apartment very quickly

if you are going to rent here think twice I was living there for 8 years they increased my rent 100 every year but in 2017 they increased my rent to 250 in one year 2018 they increased 150 more that's when I decided to leave the apartments now they wan to charge me for things that have been there for since the building was built curtains compress wood countertop 1500 the cost at home depot 200 the time I live there two people were killed three of my neighbors were robbed one was killed near the mall boxes the other nex to my... read more
we lived there for 8 years and when we moved in nothing was new or at least replaced, not even the carpet. I just moved out and they are charging us for everything, counter top, closet doors, etc. I don't know what they expected if they never replaced or even came to replace anything of course there would be ware and tear. Plus in the last 3 years they raised the rent around 20 to 22% every year.
Best Apartment Ever! If you're reading this, you're probably looking to move. I'm going to tell you to look no further! This is THE BEST APARTMENT I've ever lived in. I have moved six times in the last five years. I cannot state enough that the list of must haves when I was apartment shopping was incredibly high.
