Karl and Aron the gentleman behind the counter are both ASE certified and are easy to deal with. The problem is always fixed as promised and on time. They also have this MedixMiles program that allows you to get free work done once you have enough miles (For every dollar you get 1 mile)to redeem for free brakes, oil changes and other work.

Last week my car died while driving and the operator from AAA said that Carmedix was the closest AAA approved shop. I have to say that it was not the typical shop setting I was expecting. As soon as i walked in the waiting and show rooms were huge and comfortable. I didn't feel like I was waiting in a converted broom closet. The service advisors were very fast and very helpful.
