We dropped by on Sunday to see a car we'd found in stock online. We checked in and were told it would be a few minutes before someone could help us. We wondered around the lot for 45 minutes and no one ever came out. After the first 20 minutes we check back in with the desk and they said it would be a bit longer. I bought a car a the beginning of July. At the purchase, I was promised floor mats and a new door handle (I have a written service order). Now, a month and a half later I finally got a call to receive my parts, when I arrive, they only had my floor mats. I asked about the door handle, they told me my car was under factory warranty and to take it to the Nissan dealership to have warranty work done. I went to CarMax yesterday and was offered $18,000.00 for my 2016 Audi. I also went AutoBuy yesterday and they offered me $19,00.00. I sold my car to AutoBuy and will never deal with CarMax. Huge price difference CarMax is a rip-off......buyer beware!

RecommendedTook longer than I would have liked to get finished due to slight miscommunication but got what I needed in my budget. Still need to finish the registration process but everything takes longer in the Coronapocalypse. My sales associate Cesar was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Bought a car from this location a few years ago and had an AMAZING experience. Went in today to trade it in and was completely disregarded. Was told to make an appointment by calling a 1800 number instead of talking to the several sales people that were sitting around playing on their phones. Couldnt even be bothered to go over a few cars with me. I know things have changed with covid but clearly the people on today just didnt want or care about selling me a car. I wont be buying a car from here ever again.
